Terms of use
Early-access terms for Ledgervera. Last updated October 14, 2026.
Ledgervera is in early access. These terms will be updated before general release, and we'll tell you by email when they change.
1. Who we are
Ledgervera is provided by PODNalious Technologies LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("we", "us"). Contact: steve@podnalioustechnologies.com.
2. What Ledgervera is, and isn't
Ledgervera is a review aid for tax and accounting professionals. It uses AI systems from third parties to review answers, explain notices, look up citations and suggest corrections. It is not tax, legal, accounting or financial advice, it does not create a professional relationship with you or your clients, and AI systems can be wrong. Scores are estimates. Citation statuses describe what official websites showed when checked. Calculated deadlines are a convenience and must be compared with the notice and the law. You are solely responsible for the advice and services you provide to your clients.
3. Your account
- Access is by invitation. Each person needs their own login; keep your password private and tell us right away if you think it has been misused.
- If your account belongs to a firm, your firm admin can see your usage and open the checks you save, and can remove you from the firm.
- You must be authorized to act for your practice and at least 18 years old.
4. Client information and confidentiality
- Don't submit client names, Social Security numbers or other identifying information. Ledgervera masks common identifiers automatically, but masking can miss things and you remain responsible for what you submit.
- You are responsible for complying with the laws and professional rules that apply to you, including IRC §7216, IRS Circular 230 and the FTC Safeguards Rule, and for any client consent they require.
- You agree that submitted content is processed as described on our Security page, including by our AI providers.
5. Acceptable use
Don't use Ledgervera to break the law, to submit content you have no right to share, to try to get around usage limits or security, to probe or overload the service, or to build a competing product from its output.
6. Plans, trials and fees
- Plans include a monthly number of checks that resets on the 1st. Daily safety limits apply.
- Free trials end on the date shown in your account. During early access, paid plans are invoiced monthly in advance; fees are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise.
- Founding-member pricing, if offered to you, is held for the period stated in your invitation.
- We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of what you submit and of the reports produced for you. You give us permission to process your content only to provide, secure and support the service. We don't use your content to train AI models. Saved checks are deleted after the retention period shown in your account.
8. Availability and changes
We aim to keep Ledgervera available but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, especially during early access. AI providers or official websites may be unavailable. We may change or discontinue features, and we'll give reasonable notice of material changes.
9. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent the law allows, Ledgervera is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, penalties, interest or tax assessed against you or your clients, and our total liability for any claim relating to Ledgervera is limited to the fees you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
11. Ending your use
You can stop using Ledgervera and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for a breach of these terms or non-payment. Sections 2, 4, 9, 10 and 12 survive.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Utah.
